Refugee week 2021
In year 2 this week we watched a film called 'Help Them Feel At Home'. It tells the story of a young refugee named Sana and a toy dinosaur named Dino and their journey to find safety in the UK.
We also discussed how hard it must be to leave the country you love and come to a country where you do not know anyone or may not even know the language. We talked about how important it is to make refugees feel welcome and how we could do this in our community.
