Birmingham based service for children / young people victims of County Lines

A new Home Office funded service to support vulnerable children and young people criminally exploited through county lines is now available in Birmingham. The charity St Giles, working closely with local partners, will offer intensive one-to-one support for each young person and the wider family if needed link: www.stgilestrust.org.uk

You can refer into this service if you have concerns that a young person under 25 is a victim of county lines or you have received a self-disclosure from the patient or parent. Please see attached referral form for further details. The service is voluntary and caseworkers are professionally trained with direct first-hand experience of the issues the young people are facing.

This service will help children navigate the complex array of housing (re-location to a new area away from negative influences), finances, education and other services; progressing to a place where they are ready to pursue positive activities. The offer of support is for 3 months or for as long as required to produce a successful outcome.
