As a learning community centred in Christ, we walk hand in hand with God on our journey in faith.
Every week, children will receive a spelling task to help consolidate the spelling rule taught that week. Spelling tests take place on Tuesdays for 4A and on Wednesdays for 4B.
We also expect children to be reading at home every night. Reading diaries should be signed by an adult each evening to show this has been done. In addition, children should use Times Table Rockstars (TTRS) daily for at least 10 minuets. This is especially important as they will take the statutory multiplication check later in the year, where they will have just six seconds to answer each question.
