The Great Science Share
An annual campaign to inspire young people to share their scientific questions with new audiences
The Great Science Share for Schools is the award-winning campaign that invites 5-14 year olds to share their own scientific questions and investigations, to raise the profile of science in schools and communities, and to be inspired into science and engineering.
We were super proud of our pupils: they were fantastic science ambassadors who facilitated their tables using the most precise scientific language and questioning; they were confident and articulate scientists. Furthermore, they actively explored questions posed by pupils from other schools and came away having learnt many scientific facts.
This year's event was held at the Birmingham City University- pupils were in awe of the prestigious building and inspired by all that it represents which sparked many discussions about what they may like to study at university.
