Parents/Guardians:- Contact Details

It is vital that we have contact details for at least 2 adults so we can contact you in an emergency.

Please inform school as soon as possible if there are any changes to telephone numbers, emergency contacts, home addresses etc.

The correct details are essential for the safeguarding of our children and in compliance with Data Protection (GDPR) legislation will only be used for school purposes
