As a learning community centred in Christ, we walk hand in hand with God on our journey in faith.

Swimming

Swimming Curriculum

In line with the National Curriculum all children are given the opportunity to learn to swim. Each half term, a different KS2 class goes to Sparkhill Pool. By Y6 all children should be able to swim 25m and know how to rescue themselves if they fall into water.

Sparkhill Pool

We are extremely lucky to be so close to a leisure centre that offers lessons for our children.

Please visit the websites below to find out more about Sparkhill Pool, their swimming timetables and prices. Swimming is an essential skill and has many benefits for children's health.
