LO: To add the suffixes 'ed' and 'ing' to verbs where no change is needed in the spelling of the root word.

Read through the final PDF below. Discuss the word suffix with your child. The suffixes 'ed' and 'ing' go at the end of verbs. Can you give an example? Read through the examples below ask your child to make their own sentences incorporating the suffix.
